We research and run decentralized AI from the inside — and grow the ecosystem from firsthand intelligence.
Centralized AI is concentrating power at an unprecedented scale. The longer this goes unchecked, the harder it becomes to reverse.
Regulation can't keep up with the speed and intelligence of AI — only decentralization can check the unchecked greed behind it.
And we believe decentralized AI (“dAI”) is not just the only counterforce, but the better model. Open, competitive, and borderless, dAI will eventually prevail, just as the internet did.
Centralized AI locks the best infrastructure behind a few corporations. dAI flips this — delivering near-parity quality at a fraction of the cost by leveraging idle compute resources worldwide.
In centralized AI, the best researchers turn their productivity into someone else's capital. In dAI, anyone anywhere can contribute and turn that contribution directly into stake. No permission needed. No borders.
Centralized platforms hoard data in silos. dAI overcomes fragmentation by enabling open, cooperative data access across networks.
Traditional funding is extractive — capital in, returns out. In dAI, capital amplifies as the network itself grows. The more participants, the more valuable the ecosystem becomes for everyone.
We exist to accelerate that inevitability. We research and run dAI from the inside, bring its story to those who haven't heard it yet, and empower builders across Asia to ensure dAI wins.
Bitcoin proved strangers can agree on a single mathematical truth. Yuma Consensus proves they can agree on subjective value — how good is this AI output, how useful is this model. That unlocks something fundamental: distributed incentivization of any problem worth solving.
Big Tech builds AI top-down — one lab, one roadmap, one committee. Each Bittensor subnet is a startup with a specific problem, scaling through open competition. Startups consistently go deeper than corporate divisions. Subnets will do the same to centralized AI labs.
In Web3, the first credible project to capture a category defines it. BCH couldn't overtake Bitcoin because of narrative, community, and network effects. Bittensor is dAI's Bitcoin moment. The numbers back it: 128+ live subnets, 50% subnet growth in a single quarter, $3B+ market cap with zero VC funding or ICO. When builders, capital, and community all converge on one network, that's not momentum — that's gravity.
We research dAI, its ecosystem, and its investment opportunities.
Research is our DNA. We value fundamentals over hype — especially this early.
We run Harnyx, Bittensor's first deep research subnet — our research engine and our skin in the game.
We need a research engine that is neutral and trustworthy — unbound by any single model or corporation.
We bring dAI to those who haven't found it yet — connecting builders and investors to the network through research, media, and events.
Most AI talents and companies in Asia don't know dAI yet. We're here to change that.
Deploying capital into the subnets and teams that drive real-world change.
Capital outside the mainstream will increasingly realize that dAI isn't just a return opportunity — it's a path to building real AI ecosystems in their own communities.
Deep research will be one of the highest-demand AI services. Bittensor's swarm — hundreds of miners competing, collaborating, and evolving collectively — makes it significantly cheaper and faster than any centralized alternative.
AI agent builders need deep research infrastructure that is fast, reliable, and low-cost. This demand is growing as agents move from demos to production.
Harnyx is the first deep research subnet on Bittensor, with tokenomics designed for sustainability. Our ecosystem building compounds into Harnyx: the more builders we bring in, the stronger the swarm competing on our subnet.
